Responsibilities

Work well across teams of engineers, design, sales, etc. to ensure the success of your service
- Visualize issues related to KPIs based on data, and plan and propose solutions.
- Support from setting of measures to actual delivery to the Repro management screen.
- Regularly report on measures to assess whether engagement has improved
- Communicate closely with customers to build trusting relationships and a continuous improvement cycle.
